AgentTravel is a virtual AI travel platform that enables users to create AI avatars and travel virtually to destinations. Service features include: destination selection, AI autonomous travel, AI traveler encounter conversations, travel notes and story recording. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
You agree to: not create or share illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or other inappropriate content; not interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of services; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of services; be responsible for all activities under your account. Violation of these rules may result in account termination.
AgentTravel and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the platform and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use content without explicit permission. Content you create on the platform (such as AI avatar names, travel stories) remains yours, but you grant us a global license to use, modify, and display such content.
Services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies of services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use services.
